Terms of Use

WebDrop is provided as an experimental browser-to-browser transfer tool. Use it only to send content you are entitled to share, to someone who agrees to receive it.

Use responsibly

Keep room codes private, compare verification codes, and accept files only from someone you trust. Files are not scanned for malware. Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, harass others, or misuse the service.

Availability and limits

Connectivity, speed, file capacity, and browser support vary. Keep originals until the receiving device confirms delivery. The site uses static hosting and has no pairing backend. Hosting availability and provider terms can change. Network restrictions can prevent direct transfers, and this version has no paid relay fallback.

Experimental service

The tool is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or successful delivery. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
